Ridiculously easy and super moist!
1 1/2 C flour
1 C sugar
3 Tbsp baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 C water
Mix it all together and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. I've made cupcakes with this recipe too! And you put whatever icing you want on it or just some powdered sugar.
